We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with a label, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
We do not accept returns that are returned to us without prior consultation with us.
For returns, please use your local postal courier, not DHL or any courier that may be subject to customs duties.
Returns of unused or different items will incur shipping charges. If you wish to return any damaged, defective or wrong items you received, we will cover the shipping costs.
Problems and Damage
Please check your order after receipt and if the item is broken, damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and correct it.
Please send an email to [email protected] first, we will reply as soon as possible. Please provide your name, order number and reason for cancellation in the email. We will first check to see if the item you received is eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Return/Exchange Items: You must provide a photo or video that clearly shows the damaged or defective item, along with a description of the problem with your item. If you are unable to transfer the image, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
If you are eligible to return and need to do so, we will provide you with the return address and RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which you should clearly place on the label or outside the box. We will not be able to process your request until the RMA number is clearly visible on your package and you have emailed us the tracking number at [email protected]
Please return your item within 7 business days of receiving the return address we provided. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded after 7 days.
Once your request arrives at our facility, we will take 3-7 days to process your request. Our warehouse staff will verify and account for everything you send us during this time. Once we receive confirmation from the warehouse, we will contact you via email to confirm receipt of your return and complete the process. Within 7-14 days, you should receive reimbursement. If you have not received it, we recommend that you check with your bank first; if you have any questions, please contact us by email.
